If your parcel has been lost in transit you can contact Australia post on 13 76 78.
Orders over $99 qualify for FREE shipping. Please note- that if discounts, coupons or other offers reduce the value of the order to below $99, free shipping does not apply.
Standard postage - you will receive your delivery within 2+ working days from when we receive payment. You will receive a tracking number via email.
Express postage is also available within Australia only and you will receive your order within 1-2 working days from when we receive payment. You will receive a tracking number via email.
LOST, STOLEN and UNDELIVERED ORDERS:
Australia Post failures are not my fault or a reflection on my level of dedication to my customers. If your shipment is sent without insurance:
*Leveque Organics is NOT responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered packages. All lost, stolen or undelivered packages without insurance are on the responsibility of the buyer.
*We are unable to replace or reship items purchased without insurance.
*If you want to purchase insurance you may do so by contacting us prior to ordering.
SHIPMENT & ADDRESS CHANGES:
We strive to ship same day of purchase, for this reason we will use the address provided to us on the invoice. Be sure to verify your address because-
*We will ship to the address listed in the order confirmation. This includes Paypal addresses.
*Any packages returned due to incorrect address will be reshipped at the cost of the purchaser.
At Leveque Organics customer service is our priority .Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a exchange. Due to hygiene reasons there are strictly no returns.
No refunds are given for a change of mind; however, if there is a change of mind to swap a recently purchased Leveque product for an alternative product from our line then it is fine to do so within 30 days. The product must remain unopened and the purchaser bares all postage costs to and from our business address.
Refunds/replacements are at the discretion of Leveque Organics.
If we spot someone exploiting our policy, we reserve the right to reject future orders.
If item(s) received is not what was ordered, please DO NOT OPEN the individual product packaging. We will send you the correct replacement product with a satchel addressed to Leveque Organics so that you can send the incorrect product back to us. You will not be charged for re-delivery of items where incorrect items have been sent to you.
If you bought your products from one of our stockists, please contact them first to arrange your return. If you have any problems returning your product to them and still have your proof of purchase, just let us know and we’ll do what we can to help.
This exchange policy does not apply to goods which have been damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned with their packaging in original condition. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
Any incorrect, missing or damaged items received must be reported to levequeorganics.com within 24 hours of you receiving the delivery, by email only, to firstname.lastname@example.org
All sizes of products are stated on our website, so therefore we do not offer refunds if you assumed the product would be bigger, please check the sizes before you purchase them.
Any attempt to use the incorrect item will be deemed to be acceptance by you of the item(s) as a satisfactory substitute for the one that was ordered and no further claim can be raised thereafter. If you received the order incorrectly, the goods remain the property of Leveque Organics as full legal and equitable owner unless accepted by you as a satisfactory replacement.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

We choose to use 100% certified organic and natural ingredients, we only purchase raw ingredients from certified organic farmers. All our organic raw ingredients come with certification from the ACO.

Do your products contain any chemicals?
No. Our products do NOT contain any chemicals whatsoever, we do NOT use mineral oils, parabens, PEG's, artificial preservatives, colours or fragrances in the manufacturing process. You can view the individual ingredients of each product or a complete overview on the Ingredients page.
Are your products tested on animals?
No, our products are NOT tested on animals, we believe in animal conservation and have accreditation by Choose Cruelty Free Limited.
Are your products vegan?
Our skincare and body care range is 100% vegan. We choose to use ethically sourced beeswax in our all natural sunscreen to make it water resistant, this is the only product in our range that is not vegan it is 100% vegetarian.
What is Parfum?
Parfum(not to be confused with perfume) - Naticide(R) is a Trade name and not acceptable for use on product label's ingredient list. The correct INCI name for labels, when using Naticide(R) is 'Parfum' or 'Fragrance'.It is plant based preservative that has a mild fragrance of almond and vanilla. It inhibits bacterial mould and yeast growth in organic skin care formulations,we believe it is the most 'natural' safe gentle and effective preseravtive to organic skincare manufacturers. It is not a eye or skin irritant or skin sensitiser,it is approved for use in organic skincare by the ACO -Australias largest certifier for organic products.
What is the shelf life of the products?
Leveque Organics are committed to quality. We create small product batches from the finest and freshest ingredients and use only natural and organic preservatives. Small batches ensures you receive products which are always fresh. Please refer to the product packaging for expiry dates, which is displayed as an open container symbol on each label. We recommend that you store the products in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight for best results.
Do I need to pay additional taxes on each product? no the GST is inclusive.
